I'm pursuing a degree in Mathematics at the University of Southern Mississippi. I'm interested in research in artificial intelligence and the mathematical concepts that power it. My goal is to use AI to solve real-world problems by studying topics at the intersection of math and computing.

Contributed to large-scale language model training and performance benchmarking on leading supercomputers, focusing on scientific NLP and HPC systems optimization.

  • Trained GPT-NeoX-based FORGE models (1.44B–25.6B params) on Frontier using a 257B-token scientific dataset.
  • Developed benchmarks for OLCF-6 to assess training performance, tracking key metrics like FLOPS/sec and loss values.
